A SME roadmap runs 4 to 6 weeks end-to-end. An enterprise or multi-site engagement is typically 8 to 12 weeks. Fractional CIO retainers run for 6, 12 or 24 months.
Can you work alongside our internal IT team?
Yes — most of our consulting engagements augment an internal IT manager rather than replace them. We bring the strategy, governance and vendor-management muscle; your team owns day-to-day execution.
